Refund Policy

At TG Concrete, we are committed to delivering high-quality concrete, landscaping, and fencing services. We want every client to feel confident in choosing us, and this Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled.

Deposits and Payments

Deposits made to secure project scheduling are non-refundable, as they cover planning, materials, and labor allocation. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered if TG Concrete is unable to complete a project due to factors within our control, if services provided do not match the agreed scope of work, or if a cancellation request is made before materials are purchased or work has begun. Refunds will not be issued for changes in client preference after work has started, for natural wear or misuse of completed work, or for delays caused by weather, suppliers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Request Process

Clients must submit written refund requests within seven (7) days of project completion or cancellation. Requests should include details of the concern and any supporting documentation. TG Concrete will review the request and respond within fourteen (14) business days.

 

Partial Refunds

If part of the project has been completed, TG Concrete may issue a partial refund based on the value of work not performed and materials not used.
