Terms & Conditions - the basics
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of TG Concrete’s services, website, and communications. By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following:

TG Concrete provides concrete, landscaping, and fencing services as described in project proposals or contracts. All services are subject to availability and scheduling, and project timelines are estimates that may vary due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Quotes issued by TG Concrete are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required before work begins, and full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in additional charges.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, ensuring site access, and obtaining any necessary permits. The worksite must be safe and free of hazards. Any changes to the project scope must be communicated promptly to TG Concrete. We guarantee workmanship quality in accordance with industry standards; however, natural wear, misuse, or lack of maintenance are not covered under warranty. TG Concrete is not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions or third-party suppliers.

TG Concrete is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients agree to indemnify TG Concrete against claims arising from misuse of services or failure to follow maintenance guidelines. Content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by TG Concrete and may not be copied or reused without permission. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites linked from our site.
Either party may terminate a contract with written notice if obligations are not met. In such cases, the client remains responsible for payment of completed work and materials purchased. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Texas.
